Due to the social distancing rules currently in place, a maximum of 30 guests can be accommodated at any one time. Staff have organised signage, hygiene and cleaning practices, social distancing protocols and spacing of furniture to comply with all COVID regulations set by the Qld Health Department.
Here is a list of the safety protocols that need to be observed when visiting the Centre:
Do not come if you have any cold or fever symptoms, returned from overseas in the past 14 days or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
Supply your personal details to assist with contact tracing in the event of an infection occurring at the Centre
Maintain a social distance of 1.5m where possible
Practice good hygiene, especially before and after meals, by washing your hands and using the sanitiser provided
Smile and wave, avoid physical contact
Observe the designated formation/dining room number limits

Note that these fees are generously subsidised by the Archdiocese of Brisbane to keep them as reasonable as possible and to make Santa Teresa available to as many people as possible.

Live-In Individual Retreatants $160 per person overnight
Unless otherwise previously arranged arrival is normally from 4pm and vacating of room is after breakfast on the day of departure.

Live-In Groups $160 per person overnight plus hire of facilities

When married couples share a double room there is a $25 additional charge to the accommodation fee.

Santa Teresa is a fully catered facility. Due to hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements, we are unable to permit groups/individuals to bring in their own food.
Day Groups $40 or $50 per person plus hire of facilities (see below)
Package 1: $40
Includes morning tea / a light lunch with fruit / all day tea & coffee. Dietary requirements are catered for and may incur an additional charge.
Package 2: $50
Includes morning tea / buffet lunch with salads and fruit / all day tea & coffee. Dietary requirements are catered for and may incur an additional charge.
Meal Surcharge on Public Holidays
A 15% surcharge applies for meals served on a public holiday.

Enquiries for retreats/spiritual formation bookings are to be made by completing the Booking Enquiry Form (see separate tab for bookings). A provisional booking will then be offered by email within 3 days of receiving request. A deposit may be required.
Final numbers and dietary requirements need to be given at least 3 days before the commencement of the booking. Payment will be determined on this information.
Late changes (within 3 days of arrival) to booking requirements (e.g. reduction/increase of the number of guests) will be at the discretion of the Centre and may incur extra costs.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following costs:
When more than 3 month’s notice is given, no fees apply
When between 2 weeks and 3 months notice is given, a $50 administration fee is payable
When less than 2 week’s notice is given, 10% of the booking payment is payable
Payment by cash, cheque or credit card (EFTPOS facilities are available onsite) can be made at the conclusion of the retreat/spiritual formation booking to the Centre Supervisor

An invoice will be mailed within 7 days of the booking and payment required within 14 days. Only one invoice will be issued for a group booking.
