Due to the social distancing rules currently in place, a maximum of 30 guests can be accommodated at any one time. Staff have organised signage, hygiene and cleaning practices, social distancing protocols and spacing of furniture to comply with all COVID regulations set by the Qld Health Department.
Here is a list of the safety protocols that need to be observed when visiting the Centre:
Do not come if you have any cold or fever symptoms, returned from overseas in the past 14 days or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
Supply your personal details to assist with contact tracing in the event of an infection occurring at the Centre
Maintain a social distance of 1.5m where possible
Practice good hygiene, especially before and after meals, by washing your hands and using the sanitiser provided
Smile and wave, avoid physical contact
Observe the designated formation/dining room number limits

Enquiries for retreats/spiritual formation bookings are to be made by completing the Booking Enquiry Form (see separate tab for bookings). A provisional booking will then be offered by email within 3 days of receiving request. A deposit may be required.
Final numbers and dietary requirements need to be given at least 3 days before the commencement of the booking. Payment will be determined on this information.
Late changes (within 3 days of arrival) to booking requirements (e.g. reduction/increase of the number of guests) will be at the discretion of the Centre and may incur extra costs.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following costs:
When more than 3 month’s notice is given, no fees apply
When between 2 weeks and 3 months notice is given, a $50 administration fee is payable
When less than 2 week’s notice is given, 10% of the booking payment is payable
