Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following costs:

  • When more than 3 month’s notice is given, no fees apply
  • When up to 4 week’s notice is given, a 50% administration
    fee is payable.
  • When less than 4 week’s notice is given, 100% of deposit is
    payable.

Payment

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card (EFTPOS facilities are available onsite) can be made on arrival to the supervisor or an invoice will be mailed within 7 days of the booking and payment required within 14 days. Only one invoice will be issued for a group booking.
