Live-In Individual and Group Bookings

Live-In Individual Retreatants $200 (+GST)  per person overnight

  1. Arrival is generally from 4pm and vacating of room is after breakfast on the day of departure unless other arrangements have  been made and confirmed during booking.
  2. Dietary requirements are catered for and may incur an additional charge.

Live-In Groups $200 (+GST) per person overnight plus hire of facilities

  1. Arrival is generally from 4pm and vacating of room is after breakfast on the day of departure unless other arrangements have  been made and confirmed during booking.
  2. When married couples share a double room there is a $25 additional charge to the accommodation fee.
  3. Dietary requirements are catered for and may incur an additional charge.

Santa Teresa is a fully catered facility. Due to hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements, we are unable to permit groups/individuals to bring in their own food unless by prior arrangement. 

Day Group Bookings

Day Groups $70 (+gst) per person plus hire of facilities (see below)

    Includes morning tea / lunch with fruit / self-serve afternoon tea & coffee and biscuits. Dietary requirements are catered for and may incur an additional charge.

Meal Surcharge on Public Holidays

    A 15% surcharge applies for meals served on a public holiday.

Santa Teresa is a fully catered facility provided. Due to hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements, we are unable to permit groups/individuals to bring in their own food.

  • Lisieux Place (includes Santa Teresa chapel / formation room and outdoor space) (max 50 people) $400 (+gst) per day
  • John Bathersby Formation Room (max 30 people) $350 (+gst) per day
  • Couderc Cottage Formation Room (max 20 people) $275 (+gst)  per day
  • Francis Rush Meeting Room (max 15 people) $200 (+gst) per day
  • Spiritual Direction Room – cost at discretion of centre management

Prices are reviewed annually and are subject to change from time to time.

Spiritual Direction / Retreat Facilitation

  • Individual Spiritual Direction may be arranged by the centre
  • A list of Spiritual Directors may be accessed through the Archdiocesan Website. Fees to be negotiated and paid directly to the Spiritual Director

Booking Policy

Enquiries for retreats/spiritual formation bookings are to be made by completing the Booking Enquiry Form (see separate tab for bookings). A provisional booking will then be offered by email within 3 days of receiving request. A deposit is required to secure your place.

Final numbers and dietary requirements need to be given at least 5 days before the commencement of the booking and payment will be determined on this information.

Late changes (within 3 days of arrival) to booking requirements (e.g. reduction/increase of the number of guests) will be at the discretion of the Centre and may incur extra costs.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking may incur the following costs:

  • When more than 3 month’s notice is given, no fees apply.
  • When up to 4 weeks notice is given, 50% of deposit is payable.
  • When less than 4 weeks notice is given, 100% of booking fee is payable.

Santa Teresa is a fully catered facility.  Bringing outside food to the centre is by prior arrangement only.

Due to Safeguarding requirements, other than nursing infants, Santa Teresa is not an overnight venue for children under 15 years.

Please be aware that there are often multiple groups using the facility at one time.  We have several meeting spaces on site and all may be in use at any given time.  If you require exclusive use of the venue, please discuss this with the staff and we can arrange a quote for this purpose.  We do prioritise separating silent individuals and groups during meal times utilising our variety of dining spaces.

Primary School groups are welcome to spend the day at Santa Teresa.  The grounds are an amazing space for young people to encounter God through creation and space and quiet.  

Payment

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card (EFTPOS facilities are available onsite) can be made on arrival to the supervisor or an invoice will be mailed within 7 days of the booking and payment required within 14 days. Only one invoice will be issued for a group booking.
